The XVT Engine

The 2.0-litre engine features the state-of-the-art, electronically controlled XVT turbocharger. The exhaust discharge port surface and flow angle have been modified to deliver maximum torque for powerful acceleration over the widest possible rpm range.

In addition to superior economy, the XVT engine runs much quieter and vibrates far less than earlier models. Optimised combustion reduces the exhaust emissions for greater environmental friendliness.

Performance

The Actyon Sports diesel is powered by a third-generation turbocharger with maximum power of 104kW @ 4000rpm and maximum torque of 310Nm @ 1800rpm.

Economical

The optimised combustion system brings top class fuel efficiency with either automatic or manual transmission.

Quiet

3rd-generation common rail engine whispers like a petrol-powered model.

Cylinder block, cylinder head, and pistons are of the highest standard.

Clean

Complete combustion ensured by the latest common rail system and Controller Area Network (CAN) bus data exchange. Exhaust emissions are minimised by Exhaust-Gas Re-circulation (EGR) and Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) systems.
